Mumbai, Feb. 21 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 98th Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan in New Delhi on February 21. During the event, the PM praised Vicky Kaushal-led "Chhaava".
