Bhubaneswar, June 21 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today stated the diarrhoea outbreak across several districts of Odisha is under control, with a decline in the number of fresh cases. The statement came during a high-level review meeting on the current public health situation.
The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure coordinated efforts for delivering quality healthcare, particularly in hospitals and medical colleges, to maintain the improving trend.
During the meeting, it was revealed the number of affected individuals has significantly declined in districts such as Jajpur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Dhenkanal, and Keonjhar, and normalcy is gradually being restored.
