Bhubaneswar, March 10 -- BJD leader and former Nabarangpur MP Pradeep Kumar Majhi is all set to tie the nuptial knot on March 12.

Majhi (48) will tie the knot at a private ceremony in Goa on March 12, sources said.

The bride-to-be is a former journalist who has worked with few vernacular newspaper and television channels. She had studied journalism and mass communication from Utkal University in the capital city here.

Majhi had been elected to the Lok Sabha from Nabarangpur constituency in Odisha on a Congress ticket in 2009. Prior to this, he was the president of Nabarangpur Zilla Parishad.
