India, April 18 -- Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati today said that while technology and global influences are changing the world, it is important to stay connected to our cultural roots.
He was speaking at the inauguration of the Puri Literary Festival 2025 at the holy town.
"It is a great pleasure to be here in Puri-a city full of spiritual and cultural richness. This festival celebrates both our heritage and our future," said the Governor.
According to him, Puri is more than just a place; it represents the soul of India's long-standing traditions. Referring to the concept of Samavaya, which means harmony and coexistence, he said the festival is a perfect space to discuss how tradition and modernity can grow side by side.
