Bhubaneswar, Feb. 13 -- Commissionerate police arrested a robber in connection with robbery at Odisha Congress leader Niranjan Patnaik's residence in Bhubaneswar.

The accused was reportedly nabbed from Vijayawada in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday.

The Commissionerate police caught the high-profile robber with held of the local police around 17 days after the incident.

However, the police is yet to reveal anything in this matter.

According to reports, the accused is being brought to Bhubaneswar on a transit remand. The police seized all the theft items from possession of the accused.
