Bhubaneswar, June 14 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today condoled the death of Indians including two from the state killed in a horrific fire incident in Kuwait yesterday.

Taking to X, Odisha's new CM offered his condolence to the bereaved families of two Odisha people - Mohammad Jahur and Santosh Goud.

Mohammad Jahur, a resident of Karadapalli village under Tigiria police limits in Cuttack district, and Santosh Goud from Ranajhalli village in Ganjam district were among 45 Indians killed in a devastating fire in Kuwait city on Thursday.

The mortal remains of all Indian nationals were brought to Kochi from Kuwait in a special flight on Friday morning.
