India, Dec. 27 -- Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Bhakta Charan Das on Saturday launched a scathing attack on Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, stating that the CEC's darshan of Lord Jagannath would not help the Election Commission of India (ECI) "get rid of its sins."
