India, June 13 -- Chinese biotechnology company XtalPi Holdings Ltd said on Friday that it acquired Liverpool ChiroChem or LCC, a British automated chiral chemistry technology provider. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
XtalPi said that the combined company now operates laboratories, automation systems, and AI infrastructure across US, Europe, and Asia.
The merger is expected to strengthen XtalPi's capabilities in exploring and synthesizing novel chemical spaces, bringing about innovation in the fields of pharmaceuticals, materials science, agriculture, and specialty chemicals.
