India, March 21 -- VivoPower International PLC (VVPR) is trading at $1.14, up 34.86 percent or $0.29 during Friday's trading, after its subsidiary Tembo E-LV B.V. announced it is working with Cactus Acquisition Corp. 1 Limited to finalize a business combination by the second quarter of 2025.
The stock opened at $1.32 and has traded between $1.04 and $1.63 so far, compared to a previous close of $0.85 on the Nasdaq. Trading volume has surged to 60,751,141 shares, significantly above the average of 332,945. The stock's 52-week range is $0.62 to $9.90.
