India, Feb. 12 -- Vertiv Holdings Co (VRT) reported earnings for fourth quarter that decreased from the same period last year but beat the Street estimates.
The company's bottom line came in at $147.00 million, or $0.38 per share. This compares with $232.60 million, or $0.60 per share, last year.
Excluding items, Vertiv Holdings Co reported adjusted earnings of $384.50 million or $0.99 per share for the period.
Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $0.82 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company's revenue for the period rose 25.8% to $2.346 billion from $1.865 billion last year.
