India, June 13 -- UCLOUDLINK GROUP INC. (UCL), the leading global mobile data traffic sharing marketplace, announced that it will not pursue financing under its existing Form F-3 registration statement until its expiration on August 7, 2025, nor will it renew or file a new Form F-3 registration before the end of Q1 2026.
This decision reflects the company's consideration of current market conditions and shareholder interests.
