India, Aug. 6 -- President Donald Trump has signed an Executive Order establishing a White House Task Force for the 2028 Summer Olympics.

The Executive Order establishes a task force to lead Federal coordination for the Olympic events, comprised of members of Trump's cabinet and key government agencies.

The President will chair the task force, Vice President JD Vance will serve as Vice Chair, and an Executive Director will manage daily operations.

The task force will coordinate with Federal, State, and local partners to manage security, transportation, and entry/exit processes.

It will also streamline visa processing and credentialing for foreign athletes, coaches, officials, and media.
