India, June 16 -- Sonim Technologies, Inc. (SONM) shares surged 63.47 percent, or $0.59, to $1.52 on Monday after the company confirmed it received an unsolicited indication of interest from DOOGEE. The offer proposes to acquire all outstanding shares of Sonim for $3.60 per share in cash. The stock opened at $1.52 and has traded between $1.30 and $2.14 so far today on the Nasdaq. Trading volume has soared to 97.86 million shares, well above the average of 300,349. The 52-week range for the stock is $0.85 to $10.70.
