India, March 18 -- Market spotlight turned on the interest rate decisions by major central banks including Bank of Japan on Tuesday, Federal Reserve on Wednesday and Bank of England on Thursday. Concerns over recession in the U.S. weighed on market sentiment even as markets waited for the Fed's forward guidance as well as its quarterly economic projections.
