India, April 7 -- Shares of Janover Inc. (JNVR) soared over 280% on Monday morning after the company said an all-former-Kraken team has acquired majority ownership in Janover. The company also said it raised about $42 million in an offering of convertible notes and warrants from Pantera Capital, Kraken, Arrington Capital, Protagonist, The Norstar Group, Third Party Ventures, Trammell Venture Partners, and 11 angel investors.

JNVR is currently trading at $15.30, up $11.30 or 282.50%, on the Nasdaq. The stock opened its trading at $14.34 after closing Friday at $4.00. The stock has traded between $3.37 and $20.75.
