India, Jan. 27 -- The early trends on the U.S. Futures Index suggest that Wall Street might open lower on Monday. As of 7.40 am ET, the Dow futures were down 316.00 points, the S&P 500 futures were declining 131.25 points and the Nasdaq 100 futures were falling 831.00 points.

The New Home Sales for December and the Dallas Fed Manufacturing Survey for January might be the focus on Monday.

The Fed's monetary policy announcement and the Personal Income and Spending are likely to be in the spotlight this week.

On the earnings front, Apple (APPL), Intel (INTC), Microsoft (MSFT), Tesla (TSLA), IBM Corp. (IBM), Exxon Mobil (XOM), Boeing (BA), General Motors (GM) and Starbucks (SBUX) are due to report their quarterly results this week.
