India, Aug. 1 -- Fluor Corporation (FLR) shares tumbled 30.33 percent to $39.55 on Friday after the company posted its second-quarter 2025 results. While net earnings soared to $2.46 billion compared to $169 million a year ago, total revenue declined to $3.98 billion from $4.23 billion, falling short of investor expectations.
The stock opened at $42.35 and traded between $37.62 and $42.49 on the day, with volume surging to 19.84 million shares, well above the average of 3.74 million on the New York Stock Exchange. Fluor previously closed at $56.77 and is now trading within a 52-week range of $29.20 to $60.10.
