India, June 23 -- Oregon-based Face Rock Creamery will be recalling two lots of Vampire Slayer Garlic Cheddar Curds due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
No illnesses have been reported to date from the lots mentioned in the latest recall. The recall was the result of a routine sampling program by the company.
The recalled product is in a clear a sealed plastic cup with a lid, 6oz. cups with UPC 8 51222 00528 7. The product carries Lot numbers 20250519VS01 and 20250519VS02 with a use-by date of August 29.
The impacted products were distributed in Trader Joe's locations in Northern California, Northern Nevada.
