Elior In Talks With PAI Partners On Sale Of Concession Catering Activities

India, March 21 -- Elior Group (ELROF.PK) announced it has recently entered into exclusive discussions with PAI Partners concerning a potential sale of its concession catering activities, which are grouped within its Areas subsidiary. The Group noted that, at the current stage, any indication as to the result of these discussions is premature.

Elior Group is an operator in contract catering, concession catering and support services. Operating in 15 countries, the Group serves 6 million people on a daily basis through 25,600 restaurants and points of sale. Elior Group has been a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2004.
