India, April 9 -- Eating at the right time of day might be more important for heart health than when you sleep, especially for people who work night shifts, according to a new study published in Nature Communications.

Researchers at Mass General Brigham conducted a two-week study with 20 healthy young adults. During the study, participants stayed in a controlled lab environment with no windows, clocks, or electronic devices, so their bodies couldn't rely on outside cues to know the time.
