India, March 27 -- CoreWeave, Inc., the AI Hyperscaler, announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 37.50 million shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $40.00 per share.
The offering consists of 36.59 million shares of Class A common stock to be sold by CoreWeave and 910,000 shares of Class A common stock to be sold by existing stockholders. CoreWeave will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares of Class A common stock by the Selling Stockholders.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on March 28, 2025 under the ticker symbol "CRWV." The offering is expected to close on March 31, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
