India, April 2 -- Cognyte Software Ltd. (CGNT), while reporting narrower net loss and higher revenues in its fourth quarter, on Wednesday issued fiscal 2026 outlook, expecting increased profit and revenues.
In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, Cognyte Software shares were gaining around 3.7 percent to trade at $8.52.
For fiscal 2026, the Investigative analytics software provider projects adjusted earnings per share of $0.16, and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $43 million.
Revenue is expected to be $392 million at the midpoint with a range of +/-2%, representing around 12% growth from previous year revenue.
In fiscal 2025, adjusted earnings were 0.06 per share and adjusted EBITDA was $29.11 million with revenue of $350.63 million.
