India, Aug. 21 -- Canadian Solar, Inc. (CSIQ) reported Thursday than net income attributable to Canadian Solar for the second quarter was $7.20 million or $0.08 loss per share, compared to net income of $3.82 million or $0.02 per share in the prior-year quarter. Excluding items, adjusted loss for the quarter was $0.53 per share, compared to adjusted earnings of $0.02 per share in the year-ago quarter.
