India, July 1 -- BioNexus Gene Lab Corp. (BGLC) shares surged 239.62 percent to $10.63 on Tuesday on no apparent news, sparking speculative interest and heavy trading volume.
The stock opened sharply higher at $10.15 and reached an intraday high of $15.60, on the Nasdaq, before paring gains, moving between $8.84 and $15.60 for the session.
Volume skyrocketed to over 41 million shares, far surpassing its average daily volume of 641,679, as traders piled in despite the lack of fresh catalysts.
