India, March 7 -- Shares of AerSale Corporation (ASLE) jumped over 12% on Friday morning after the company posted a profit for the fourth quarter.
ASLE is currently trading at $7.98, up $0.91 or 12.87%, on the Nasdaq. The stock opened its trading at $7.31 after closing Thursday at $7.07. The stock has traded between $4.53 and $9.40 in the past 52-week period.
The company reported a profit of $2.70 million or $0.05 per share, compared to a loss of $2.73 million or $0.08 per share in the same period last year. Excluding items, AerSale reported adjusted earnings of $4.78 million or $0.09 per share for the period.
Revenues for the quarter were $94.7 million, relatively same as last year's revenue of $94.4 million.
