KATHMANDU, Oct. 17 -- Co-chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that Chinese President Xi Jinping's recent visit to Nepal has laid the foundation for realizing the idea of a trilateral partnership between China, Nepal and India.
