Nepal, Sept. 2 -- The World Bank has pledged to support Nepal in achieving higher economic growth.

On Tuesday, World Bank Vice President for South Asia Johannes Zutt expressed this commitment during a courtesy meeting with Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel in Kathmandu.

Minister Paudel claimed that Nepal's economic indicators have shown notable improvement. He said the government is ready to work in line with the Country Partnership Framework prepared by the World Bank for the next six years.
