Nepal, June 19 -- Former Indian Ambassador for Nepal Ranjit Rae has stated that excessive corruption in Nepal has caused frustration and anger among the youth.

In an interview with an Indian channel, former Ambassador Rae expressed that the rising corruption in Nepal has increased anger among the young people.

"There is widespread corruption in Nepal which has caused frustration and anger among the youth", he said. He also mentioned that pro-monarchy parties have been trying to capitalize on this frustration.
