Nepal, Jan. 10 -- The second meeting of the Central Committee (CC) of the CPN-UML is currently underway in Lalitpur.

This is the second full meeting of the CC elected at the party's 11th General Convention.

At the start of the meeting, Chair KP Sharma Oli is expected to address current political developments, the party's role, the upcoming general election, and preparations for it, said CCc member Surya Thapa.

The meeting's agenda includes amending the party's bylaws according to the revised statute, reviewing the income and expenditure of the general convention, and approving decisions from recent secretariat meetings.
