Nepal, June 26 -- Police have arrested and made public two individuals on charges of defrauding Rs 5.8 million under the pretext of sending people to the UK and Qatar for foreign employment.

Thirty one-year-old Nabina Dahal Ghimire from Baiteshwor Rural Municipality-3, Dolakha, and 43-year-old Lachhuman Sah Teli from Kaudena Municipality-4, Siraha, have been arrested and made public on the charge of cheating people of the said amount, said Superintendent of Police Kaji Kumar Acharya, the information officer at the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office.
