KATHMANDU, Feb. 25 -- Police have arrested two people on the charge of illegal VoIP call bypass.

Central Police Spokesperson and Deputy Inspector General of Police Bhim Prasad Dhakal said that among those arrested are Bishal Shah Kalwar, 37, of Parsa Sakhuwaprasouni Rural Municipality-5 and currently residing in Kaski Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality-11 and Imran Ahmad Khan, 27, of Rupandehi Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality-4 and currently residing in Fulbari of Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality-11.
