Nepal, Sept. 25 -- Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Thursday slid 2.35 points to close at 2,652.00 points with investors being reluctant to inject their money amid ongoing Dashain, the biggest festival of Hindus.
The secondary market opened at 2,654.35 points and fell to the day's low at 2,638.05 points in the first 25 minutes. However, the index went on a sharp rise to hit the day's high at 2,661.43 points in the next one hour and 18 minutes, while it immediately declined by 14 points and remained almost stable for another around two hours. In the last few minutes, the market fluctuated around three points before it closed for the day.
