Kathmandu, Dec. 3 -- Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Wednesday declined 13.52 points to close at 2,631.17 points.The secondary market opened at 2,644.70 points and initially surged to the day's high at 2,658.45 points in the first 27 minutes. The index slid by around 10 points in the next half an hour, while it gradually declined to reach the day's low at 2,623.26 points in the last four minutes. The market recovered around eight points in the remaining period before it closed for the day.
