JHAPA, Feb. 3 -- Two people died this morning when two trucks collided in Shivasatakshi Municipality-1, Dharampur, police said.
The deceased are Madan Chaudhary, the driver of (Na 3KH- 8311) and the assistant of the same truck. The name of the assistant has not been released, said Basant Pathak, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Jhapa.
According to him, truck No.( Me 6Kha 8895) coming from the west on the East-West Highway was hit by truck No. (Me 1 Kha-8311) going from behind. Chaudhary and his assistant died on the spot.
