NAWALPUR, Nov. 20 -- Vehicular movement along the Narayanghat-Butwal section of the East-West Highway will be suspended for two nights at the Narayani River bridge area connecting Nawalpur and Chitwan.
According to the Eastern Section of the Narayanghat-Butwal Road Project, the road will be closed for five hours each night - from 11 PM to 4 AM - on November 21 and 22 to carry out blacktopping work on the western approach road of the bridge.
Project Chief Engineer Ishwar Bahadur Rizal said the nighttime closure is necessary to complete the asphalt work safely.
