BHAIRAHAWA, Feb. 23 -- The District Police Office (DPO), Rupandehi, on Friday, arrested three out of the six inmates of the Bhairahawa based Juvenile Correction Home who broke out of the juvenile home at midnight on February 11.

The six escapees had broken the metal grillwork on the window of the juvenile correction home and passed through the spaces in the barbed wire on the compound boundary in order to break out of the juvenile correction center.

Of the six escapees, four were serving jail term for theft and two were serving jail term for rape cases. Siddhartha Jung Lama, 21, of Udayapur, Anish Thapa Magar, 17, of Syangja, and Rajesh Sunar, 18, of Rupandehi, were the escapees who were arrested on Friday. Lama was arrested from Chitwan,...
