KATHMANDU, Dec. 8 -- Three joint secretaries have been recommended for promotion to the post of secretary.

A meeting of the Promotion Recommendation Committee, chaired by Commission Chair Madhav Prasad Regmi, who is also Chairman of Public Service Commission (PSC), put forward the names of three officials for the position, according to the Promotion Division of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration.

The promotion committee has recommended Joint Secretaries Rajendra Kumar Paudel, Kamal Prasad Bhattarai and Indu Ghimire for the promotion.
