India, Nov. 23 -- Three people were injured in a bear attack at Sim, ward no. 5 of Simkot Rural Municipality this morning.
The injured include 59-year-old Lakshya Rawat, his 55-year-old wife Banchu Rawat, and 38-year-old Rajani Rawat, all originally from Jaira Village, Ward no. 1, Sarkegad Rural Municipality, but currently living in Simkot.
At around 6:10 am, while they were collecting grass in the Sim area, a wild bear suddenly attacked them, as reported by Shankar Pokharel, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office.
