BARA, June 18 -- Police have arrested three individuals on Wednesday in connection with the murder of 50-year-old Nandu Raut Kurmi, a resident of Bagbawan, Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City-14.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Ranju Jaiswal, 38, wife of Umesh Jaiswal, 40, from Bagbawan Tole, Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City-14, and their sons, Sumit Jaiswal, 20, and Kishor Jaiswal,18.

Due to an old grudge, Umesh and five others reportedly beat Kurmi severely on the evening of June 12. Raut was admitted to the Provincial Hospital in Kalaiya but later died from his injuries.
