Kathmandu, Oct. 20 -- The Sudurpaschim provincial government has decided to provide Rs 200,000 in financial assistance to the family of Bipin Joshi of Bhimdatta Municipality, Kanchanpur.
According to Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah, the decision was made by the Council of Ministers on October 9. The government had earlier announced humanitarian assistance of Rs 200,000 each to the families of Joshi and other Nepali students who lost their lives in the attack.
