Nepal, Sept. 23 -- Six cases of malaria were detected in Chitwan district in the past two months. The cases were detected among the patients visiting different health care facilities in Chitwan during the first two months of the current fiscal year.
According to the District Public Health Office, Chitwan, three cases were seen in Bharatpur Metropolitan City, two others in Khairahani Municipality, and one in Rapti Municipality.
Chief of the Office Dinesh Rupakheti said the cases were from the age group of 34-44 years.
