KATHMANDU, April 4 -- The second round of talks between the government and Tharu agitators has ended on positive note.

Prime Minister's Foreign Relations Advisor Dr Rajan Bhattarai, who is also a member of the government talks team, said they made further interpretations of the demands put forth by the agitating party and discussed in detail about their demands during the talks held on Sunday.

The dialogue has moved towards consensus and the next round of talks will be held in the near future, he added.
