Nepal, Dec. 26 -- The Supreme Court has dismissed a writ petition filed against the investigation commission formed to probe the incidents of September 8 and 9.

A full bench comprising Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma, Nahakul Subedi and Shrikant Poudel on Friday ordered the dismissal of the petition that questioned the impartiality of the commission's office bearers.
