Kathmandu, Dec. 10 -- A diplomatic reception was hosted in Kathmandu on Tuesday to mark the 40th anniversary of the founding of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC).The event was organised by Secretary General Ambassador Md. Golam Sarwar and Madam Taslima Sarwar, with Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav attending as the Chief Guest.
