Nepal, April 18 -- The ruling parties, CPN-UML and Nepali Congress, have planned to approve the Federal Civil Service Bill in the parliamentary committee within three days. To achieve this, both parties have worked to convince the main opposition party CPN (Maoist Center).
"UML had a different perspective on the Constitutional Council Bill. However, we agreed to move forward with it," said UML MP Raghuji Panta. "We did not submit a written dissent on this matter. I want to remind the opposition parties of this."
UML MP Panta urged the Maoist Center and other opposition parties not to submit a written dissent on the matter if they have any.
