Nepal, April 15 -- A total of 49,832 real estate transactions were recorded across Nepal in the month of Chaitra (mid-March to mid-April) of the current Fiscal Year (FY) 2081/82.

This marks an 8.18 percent increase compared to the previous month, Falgun (mid-February to mid-March), when 46,061 transactions were recorded. Revenue generated from real estate transactions also saw a rise of 6.66 percent in Chaitra compared to Falgun.
