Nepal, May 30 -- The pro-monarchy protest demanding the reinstatement of the monarchy has disrupted traffic in several parts of Kathmandu, including Maitighar-Mandala, Babarmahal, New Baneshwar and the river corridor areas.

The protest, which began on Thursday, is said to continue until the monarchy is reinstated. The ongoing movement includes participation from parties like Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and RPP-Nepal, among others.
