Kathmandu, Oct. 20 -- President Ram Chandra Paudel has wished that may the festival of Tihar inspire all Nepalis to promote the aspiration of mutual goodwill, tolerance, brotherhood, good governance and prosperity.

In a message today on the occasion of the Tihar festival, the President wished for happiness, peace, progress and prosperity to all Nepali sisters and brothers at home and abroad.
