India, Nov. 23 -- The National, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizens Protection Mega Campaign Nepal has withdrawn the shutdown it had announced for today, Sunday.

On Saturday, after talks with the government at Baluwatar, the campaign coordinated by Durga Prasai decided to withdraw the Nepal Banda and the indefinite general strike planned for today.

The discussion focused on the 27-point demands raised by the campaign. According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, both sides agreed that the government will continue dialogue, talks, and facilitation to address the issues raised by the Citizens Protection Mega Campaign, keeping in mind the current law and order situation.
