Nepal, Sept. 29 -- Police have stepped up preparations to arrest CPN-UML leader Mahesh Basnet. Although an arrest was planned on Sunday evening, it was postponed due to unfavorable circumstances, according to a police source. The preparation follows a cybercrime complaint filed against Basnet.
